Healing Rhythms in Iteration
Iterating between different brain quadrants is easier when we are relaxed and let the process “flow.” If our emotions become too strong, or when we get into the “fight or flight” mode, the feeling and reaction parts of the brain (brain stem and limbic) will take control over the thinking part (neocortex.) Healing Rhythms teaches you how to control this physiological response and put you back in control.
Healing Rhythms in Facilitation
Interactions between people is something we do each day. It's called facilitation. When we train in facilitation a key skill we teach is how to “maintain your cool.” Healing Rhythms teaches you how to be more centered and in control during those stressful facilitative moments.
