Introduction--What Is the Iterative Mind?

Iterative Mind's work is based on the research of Dr. Roger Sperry, Nobel Prize winner for his work tDr. Roger W. Sperryhat inadvertently discovered that the brain's two major hemispheres - the left and the right - perform different (and very specific) functions in our daily life.

INed Herrmannn subsequent years extensive research has been conducted, most notably by Ned Herrmann, former Manager of Management Education for General Electric and creator of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.

Herrmann identified that natural dominance of one side or the other was evident in all humans. As our brain matures, we develop a preference for the activities of one side of the brain over the other. Just as we have a dominant hand or foot, we learn to rely on a specific side of the brain in our thinking processes.

Once we know how to effectively use both parts of our brain, we can effectively iterate between the different modes to achieve "whole-brained" solutions.

An Iterative Mind facilitator can help you and your team achieve balance in actions, words and deeds-- especially in the area of communications.

The results are quite spectacular, and include:
Meeting the needs of a wider audience
Communicating more effectively
Coming to more effective solutions to any problem
Increased sales
Greater listener retention
More impactive presentations
